Management and HR is horrible. When we don’t have burne continuous care cases they force us to go home early using all of our PTO or they make us sit on the inpatient unit and sit there and tell us to wash patients up or what ever the RN tells us what to do.

Manager of continuous care are very rude and are liars. You will get about emails per day and only 10 might be for you but you still have to check. If you do what they say and don’t say anything then everything will be fine but don’t speak up they don’t like that and will target you.

Team meeting is held once a week and works on discussing patients’ situation so that all team members are able to update news from others.
